Discover Yoga – Learn or review yoga fundamentals and principles, develop strength, balance and flexibility... through breath, movement and awareness. Each class will have a focused theme, and will combine slow flow, yin-inspired and restorative yoga poses. You will be invited to move within, to explore and brighten the space you create in your body, and to connect to the present. An excellent class for beginners or continuing students.
